Chuparosa Vineyards tasting terrace in Ramona

Chuparosa Vineyards

A boutique gem owned by Andy and Carolyn Harris. "Chuparosa" means hummingbird, and you'll often see them working the flowers along the terrace. The tasting room runs like a neighborhood spot where locals drift in and out, and Andy usually pours and walks you through each wine himself.

The $10 tasting covers all their wines and is credited toward a bottle if you buy one. Don't leave without trying the olive oil — or Carolyn's fresh sourdough. With a small indoor space and a handful of patio tables, it's best for couples and small groups.
